The Freedom Bark Park's Mission is to:

Create a fenced-in, off-leash dog park where dogs are able to exercise and socialize freely in a clean, safe environment without endangering or creating a nuisance to  people, property or wildlife.

Develop a beautiful, well-maintained, and ecologically friendly space that is open to dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and regulations.

View the park as a community project in partnership with the town of Lowell that allows dog owners to socialize, form bonds, and create a healthy sense of community.

Promote education, training, and recreational activities that encourage responsible dog ownership and increased civic involvement.
