Freedom Park, located at 17105 Cline Avenue in Lowell, Indiana, was once a former farm property turned 114 acres of developing park. Freedom Bark Park is located in the southeast corner of Freedom Park on 5 acres of beautifully designed landscape.  We are "going green" with recycled and biodegradable materials, and a solar well for water.  Freedom Bark Park is divided into 4 acres for large dogs, and 3/4 acre for small dogs only that weigh 25 pounds or less.  Membership is required and annual, monthly, and daily passes are available with proof of current vaccinations.  Please call the Lowell Parks Department at (219) 696-1570 for more information.  Freedom Bark Park is a beautiful and functional dog park that both dogs and their owners will enjoy for many generations to come.  Have fun, play safe, and enjoy the park!
