The Freedom Bark Park Application and Waiver Forms must be filled out and submitted to the Parks Department Office before your dog is allowed to enter the park. Registration Forms are available at the following locations: Parks Department Office, Bardens Animal Clinic, Hebron Animal Hospital, inside the mailbox next to the Bark Park Rules sign, and online here. |
